Chris Puckett
Partner
During Chris's 21-year Law Enforcement career as an Investigator in the Bureau of Criminal Investigation with the New York State Police, he investigated a wide variety of criminal offenses, specializing in crime scenes and motor vehicle collisions. As a recognized forensic expert, Chris has been involved in the investigation and reconstruction of hundreds of motor vehicle collisions over the past 30+ years. He currently consults with law firms and insurance carriers on cases involving all types of personal injury.
Don Gleason
Partner
Don spent 13 of his 27 years with the New York State Police in uniform as a road trooper and a sergeant. His last 14 years were spent as an investigator, highlighted by his almost ten years assigned to the Employee Assistance Program when he was a Regional Coordinator and Director. Don serves as the senior investigator and sales consultant for NCD.
Andrew McNeill
Partner
Andy spent 20 years with the Monroe County (NY) Sheriff's Office as a crime scene investigator, forensic video analyst, collision reconstructionist, and fingerprint examiner. He has testified as an expert witness and has provided technical and consulting assistance to other law enforcement agencies and attorneys in a variety of cases. Andy holds a Master of Forensic Sciences degree, is ACTAR-accredited, and is certified as a Senior Crime Scene Analyst by the International Association for Identification.

BLACK BOX ANALYSIS
Black box data is highly sensitive and can be erased or overwritten if not handled properly, which is why you should strongly consider working with an accident reconstruction expert.
We use GIT and Bosch Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) hardware and software during our investigations, which is used by law enforcement professionals nationwide and has been accepted by courts throughout the U.S. This equipment downloads (images) airbag modules and powertrain control modules located in passenger vehicles and light trucks. The stored data provide an unbiased view of vehicle operation in the seconds before a collision.
